Church & Society Lunch at Annual Conference on Monday, June 5, 2017

Rev. Neal Christie (Assistant General Secretary for Education and Leadership Formation) has agreed to speak at the lunch offering the perspective of The United Methodist Church on Capitol Hill advocating for our Social Principles amid our current political reality.

Also, flyers will be available at the lunch on how to apply for our Peace With Justice grants.

Hey Hey Haiti! Booth, Monday and Tuesday, June 5-6, 2017

Many of our churches are supporting Haiti and have been for many years. Come learn about the projects they are doing and how you can get involved there too.

Church & Society Workshop on Tuesday, June 6, 2017

For the workshop, Rev. Neal Christie and other GBCS staff will facilitate questions and conversation about justice in our local communities, raising awareness of the everyday realities of the Social Principles and empowering our local church leaders to act for transformative change in our communities.
