Christ United Methodist Church in Plano TX invites you to join their upcoming teams to help our neighbors to the north.
TRIP ONE:
This first trip will be a Disaster Response trip and will be assisting those that have been affected by recent tornadoes.
Where: Tushka, OK
When: June 30 - July 4
Other: Must be ERT trained and certified

TRIP TWO
Where: Okemah, OK - About 3.5 hours from Plano
When: July 17 - July 22
Duties: This is a work trip similar to that of a Disaster Response Trip. The main task is the siding on the sanctuary. Painting and staining will also be done.
Cost: $25 per person per day plus any cost related to transportation.

This team will be responsible for helping a church in eastern Oklahoma that needs new siding. The Oklahoma Indian Missionary Conference mission site is an opportunity for you to serve and be personally involved in fulfilling a real and great need, while learning about the wonderful heritage of our Native American Christian Brothers & Sisters.
